Andrea Dalessandro is serving her first term in the Arizona Senate. Earlier this year, she was appointed to fill a Senate vacancy after the incumbent resigned. She was in her first term as a House of Representatives member.
Andrea strongly believes that we must maximize business opportunities in Arizona. She recently graduated from the intensive, eleven-week, U.S. Customs and Border Protection Citizens' Academy. She believes that a better understanding of (and support for) increased trade with Mexico will benefit all of Arizona.
Andrea is a certified public accountant and a former high school math teacher. She is a retired member of the Arizona Education Association and a host of community, civic and political organizations. She attended numerous trainings, including the Center for Policy Alternatives' values training and Progressive Majority's messaging training.
