Kim began her service on the City Council in January, 2006. She is a licensed attorney and an at-home mom and has previously served as the Vice Chair of the Redmond Planning Commission. She holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Michigan and a JD Cum Laude from Detroit College of Law. Kim has lived in Redmond since 2000, after residing in Arizona, California and Michigan. Kim lives in the Education Hill neighborhood with her husband and two children.
